BEHIND THE BRAND
Paper Sails is the creation of Hailey Sebahar, a sun chaser and surfer from a Southern California beach town, now living in the alpine forest near Lake Tahoe with her husband and two young boys.
Hailey’s childhood love of fashion led her to an education in graphic design and fashion design, where she developed the idea for a swimwear brand showcasing her playful style and carefree spirit.
After years of working and learning the ins and outs of the fashion business in Los Angeles, Hailey launched Paper Sails, a truly original swimwear brand, with all designs, patterns, and styles created personally by the designer herself.
MY MESSAGE TO YOU
I started Paper Sails by designing swimsuits for women and now that I am a mom, my children serve as an inspiration behind the brand. This message is to all those who love children and embrace their inner child.
We admire kids' carefree spirit- they take risks, aren't afraid to stand out and take up space, and live everyday to the fullest. We are inspired by their seeking of adventure, love and new ways to add magic to everyone in their life.
